Cancellation Policy

Swavalamban Avam Swabhimaan Foundation (SAS Foundation) accepts cancellations for donations or payments only under specific conditions. If you made an unintentional payment, duplicate payment, or submitted the wrong amount, you may contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.

Refund Policy
As SAS Foundation operates as a non-profit organization, refunds for donations are generally not permitted. However, a refund may be issued only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment

• Transaction error

• Technical glitch

• Wrong amount entered due to a genuine mistake

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@sas-foundation.in with the transaction details within 2 working days of the payment.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

No Cash Refunds
All refunds will be made online. Cash refunds are not permitted.
