Through our carefully curated internship programs—Green Champion Internship and IT Internship—we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most enthusiastic and dedicated students and young professionals across India. These internships were designed not only to build skills but also to ignite a sense of responsibility toward society and the environment. A Platform for Real-World Impact
The Green Champion Internship focused on raising awareness about e-waste management, sustainability, and environmental conservation. Interns took part in hands-on community awareness campaigns, coordinated e-waste collection drives, and collaborated with schools, RWAs, and NGOs to educate people about the environmental impact of improper electronic waste disposal.
Many interns shared how this experience opened their eyes to the environmental issues we often overlook. They learned how improper e-waste disposal affects not just nature but also public health. Through field visits, data collection, and public speaking assignments, they grew confident, informed, and solution-oriented.

Meanwhile, the IT Internship focused on building digital skills while aligning with a social purpose. Interns worked on website development projects, data organization, social media management, and even helped streamline communication for SAS Foundation’s initiatives.
In a world driven by technology, we recognized the need to offer young minds exposure to frontend tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React while also involving them in real-world projects with a humanitarian angle. Interns not only developed their technical abilities but also learned the importance of digital inclusivity and how technology can be used to serve the greater good.
“This internship helped me sharpen my coding skills, but what stood out most was that my work actually mattered. I helped build parts of a website that showcased real impact stories. That made me feel proud,” said another intern.
