Shipping / Delivery Policy

At Swavalamban Avam Swabhimaan Foundation (SAS Foundation), we operate in two categories:

  1. Sale of Plants & Related Products

  2. Donations for Social Development Initiatives

This Shipping / Delivery Policy applies ONLY to physical product orders (plants). Donations are not eligible for shipping.


1. Shipping for Plants (Physical Products)

Order Processing Time

  • All plant orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.

  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Plants are delivered within 4–8 working days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take longer due to courier or logistical limitations.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery (if applicable).

Packaging

We ensure:

  • Protective and eco-friendly packaging

  • Proper moisture and ventilation for plant safety

  • Sturdy packing to avoid damage in transit

Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be shared with customers via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.


2. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or strikes

  • incorrect addresses entered by customers

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, you may contact us at [your email/contact number] with your Order ID.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • a damaged plant

  • a dead plant on arrival

  • the wrong product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
We will offer:

  • a replacement (if available)
    or

  • store credit/refund (as per our Refund Policy)


4. Return & Replacement Policy for Plants

Since plants are live, perishable products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
However, replacements are provided in genuine cases such as:

  • product damaged in transit

  • wrong plant delivered

Customer must inform us within 24 hours.


5. Shipping for Donations

  • Donations do not require any shipping.

  • Donors receive:

    • Digital payment receipt

    • Certificate/acknowledgment (if applicable)
      These are sent to the donor’s registered email within 24–48 hours.
