The winter season can be unforgiving for underprivileged communities who lack adequate clothing and basic necessities. At SAS Foundation, we believe that no one should have to face the harsh Delhi winter without warmth and dignity. Continuing our commitment to community welfare and sustainable social impact, we successfully organized and conducted a Used Winter Clothes Collection Drive at Shubham Apartments, Sector 22, Dwarka.
This initiative received overwhelming support from the residents, who generously contributed a total of 201 winter clothes, making this one of our most impactful winter campaigns of the season.
A Community United by Compassion and Purpose
The spirit shown by the residents of Shubham Apartments demonstrates how deeply communities can contribute to meaningful social change. Families came forward with kindness, offering gently used winter clothes such as sweaters, jackets, cardigans, shawls, scarves, caps, sweatshirts, and children’s winter wear.
By giving away items that were no longer in use but still in good condition, residents took part in a mission far greater than decluttering—they helped someone vulnerable feel warm, protected, and valued.
This act of collective giving shows how powerful community engagement can be, especially when driven by empathy. SAS Foundation extends sincere gratitude to each resident whose contribution made a difference.
