Empowering Change, Inspiring Responsibility: SAS Foundation Releases Its Half-Yearly Impact Report (Apr–Sep 2025)

SAS Foundation Half-Yearly Report 2025 highlights including e-waste drives and education in Palam

SAS Foundation Half-Yearly Report 2025: Driving Impact Through Education, Health, Environment, and Community Development.

In an era where sustainability, compassion, and innovation define meaningful progress, Swavalamban Avam Swabhimaan Foundation (SAS Foundation) continues to prove that impactful change begins with collective purpose. Operating from the heart of Palam Colony, New Delhi, we have established ourselves as a pivotal force for grassroots transformation.

The Foundation today announced the release of its Half-Yearly Report for April–September 2025, showcasing measurable progress across its four core pillars — Education, Health, Environment, and Community Development. This report reaffirms our commitment to building a more self-reliant and self-respecting society, positioning SAS Foundation as a leading NGO in West Delhi.

From Vision to Impact: Touching 9,769 Lives in Six Months

The report chronicles an inspiring journey of community-driven transformation, highlighting that real progress is achieved when empathy meets action. Between April and September 2025, the SAS Foundation NGO Delhi touched 9,769 lives through over 30 structured initiatives, each mapped to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Among the most impactful programs were:

  • Mission e-Cycle: A citizen-led movement for e-waste collection and recycling, engaging residents across Faridabad, Dwarka, and Bangalore.

  • Books of Hope: Distributing thousands of books to students in Delhi government schools, rekindling curiosity and learning.

  • IT Internship 2025–26: Empowering high school and college students with real-world cybersecurity awareness and digital safety skills.

  • Project Hope: Supporting young athletes from underprivileged communities with boxing gear and mentorship.

  • Community Welfare Drives: Providing food, clothes, and dignity to those in need through structured donation and renovation initiatives.

Each project reflected SAS Foundation’s philosophy of linking compassion with measurable outcomes — transforming short-term relief into long-term empowerment for residents of Raj Nagar and Sadh Nagar.

Environmental Responsibility: A Growing Legacy

The Foundation’s environmental arm continues to thrive under the Mission e-Cycle banner, turning recycling into a civic movement. As a premier authorized e-waste collection centre in Delhi, we are tackling the digital waste crisis head-on.

With over 13 e-waste collection drives and awareness campaigns across residential societies, the Foundation successfully diverted hundreds of kilograms of waste from landfills. By promoting scientific e-waste disposal, we inspired citizens to adopt sustainable habits.

Furthermore, SAS Foundation’s Green Champions Internship and Plants for Teachers’ Day campaign demonstrated how education and environmental stewardship can intersect. These programs are essential for students seeking NGO internship for students in Delhi, offering them a platform to create a culture of conscious living while earning valuable certificates.

Education as the Engine of Empowerment

Education remains the SAS Foundation’s cornerstone. Through large-scale book distribution drives and digital literacy initiatives, the Foundation reached 7,900+ students across Delhi’s public schools — ensuring that access to education goes hand-in-hand with inspiration to learn.

Programs like the IT Internship 2025–26 and Books of Hope underscore the Foundation’s approach to making education both inclusive and future-ready. By focusing on skill development and corporate grooming, we are preparing the youth of Palam and Dwarka for the competitive job market, bridging the gap between academic learning and employability.

Communities of Care: Empowerment with Dignity

In a series of community outreach efforts, SAS Foundation continued to support shelter homes, hostels for the visually impaired, and underprivileged families through food and clothing donations.

One of the most heartfelt efforts — the New Clothes Distribution Drive — brought joy and dignity to over 190 residents of Don Bosco Shelter Home, Auxilium Snehalaya, and Bal Seva Sansthan. This initiative highlights the importance of apparel donation for orphanages, ensuring that children receive not just aid, but the dignity of new clothing.

Furthermore, temple renovations and cultural support initiatives like Janmashtami and Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in Palam highlighted our role as a cultural preservation NGO. We remain committed to preserving India’s cultural and spiritual fabric while promoting inclusivity in neighborhoods like Raj Nagar Part 2.

Recognition and Growth

The report also celebrates the Foundation’s recent honors, including the Nature’s Grace Annual Award 2025 presented to Mr. Ram Dhari, President of SAS Foundation, for outstanding contributions to community upliftment.

With earlier recognitions such as the Yugdhara Global Achievers Award 2023, Indian Achievers Award 2023–24, and Nature’s Grace Award 2023, SAS Foundation continues to set benchmarks. These accolades validate our status as a trusted CSR implementation partner for corporates looking for ethical governance, environmental action, and community development.

SAS Foundation Half-Yearly Report 2025: A Roadmap for 2026

As outlined in the SAS Foundation Half-Yearly Report 2025, our journey is just beginning. The roadmap for Nov 2025 – Aug 2026 includes:
